Administrative Law
Wherever governments and organizations make decisions that affect the lives of people, administrative law is involved.
Professional discipline, agricultural marketing, land use planning, regulation of industry, governmental licensing, to name a few, all give rise to issues in administrative law.
Our firm provides the advice to administrative agencies to avoid problems, and cope with issues. We also represent and advise individuals and corporations who appear before administrative tribunals, or who are in conflict with administrative agencies.
We act as legal counsel to a number of provincial and municipally constituted associations, boards and commissions.
We have appeared before numerous boards and tribunals.
Two of our members, David Jardine and Bill Shores, are assistant editors of the Administrative Law Reports, and have published articles in Reid's Administrative Law.
