David N. Jardine
David received his LL.B. from the University of Alberta in 1977.
David was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 1978. He received his Master of Laws in 1997 from the University of British Columbia.
David has appeared in all levels of court in the Province of Alberta. He has extensive experience in appearing before the Court of Appeal of Alberta, and before the Court of Queen's Bench.
David's main area of practice is administrative law - his Master's thesis was devoted entirely to this area. He represents agricultural marketing boards, professional governing associations and other regulatory agencies. He has appeared as board, prosecution and defence counsel in all manner of administrative tribunals.
David is also an experienced commercial and insolvency litigator.
David has a strong interest in literature, history and philosophy.
